Efek Sering Minum Air Dingin

Dulu, mama ku slalu melarang aku sering2 minum air dingin. Apalagi waktu masi es de, minum air langsung dari kulkas di larang keras.. tapi emang dulu badan ku rada lemah sih.. minum dikit aja idung udah meler2.. srut srut sana sini. Tapi, sekarang uda lain doNk… hehe.. KEBAL dink, tahan badai ujan n panas. Jadi dari kecil aku di biasain minum air yang nga terlalu panas atau dingin. Sekarang sih kalau lagi pingin aja minum air es.. itu pun bisa di hitung.

Kemarin aku dapet email dari temen ku (Julita alias mBab) ttg efek sering2 minum air dingin terhadap jantung. Di bawah aku paste kan isi email nya..

Bukan saja anjuran meminum air panas selepas makan, tetapi berhubungan dengan SERANGAN JANTUNG!!!!.
Secara logik…, mungkin ada kebenarannya. . Orang-orang China dan Jepang mengamalkan minum teh panas sewaktu makan… dan bukannya air ES. Mungkin sudah tiba masanya kita meniru kebiasaan minum air panas / hangat
sewaktu menikmati hidangan!!!!

Kita tidak akan kehilangan apa-apa… malah
akan mendapat faedah dari kebiasaan ini.

Jalan terbaik…adalah untuk minum sup panas atau air PANAS/hangat selepas makan.

There’s Always A Beginning

I’ve written before in this blog, that I bought a guitar.. Well, I think it has been around 3-4 months since I have it. I didn’t stress my self on learning it.. I’m learning it when I have time, cuz I have to do other stuff too. Since then I learn my self how to play it, using the net, basic books that I bought and just remember some basic keys.. looking at youtube of how they actually strum it.. and I started looking for songs that I like that have guitar keys that I remembered

There it is my guitar.. a bit small than the usual ones, I dunno what type it is hehe

I memorize some of songs now, but still my quality of playing still sucks.. haha.. Let’s just hope I’ll keep on improving.. If I can, I actually wanted to take guitar lessons..but I don’t think I can for the moment.. cuz I’m not sure if what I learned myself is actually the correct way of playing haha.. I really do need someone who already know playing it.. for the time being, as long as I can hear the correct melody to the song, that’s enough for me

I’ve been collecting guitar chords of songs that I’m learning in Ms. One Note. I’ll start posting them from today..
